Founded in 1987 in the field of manufacturing of Panels, Bathtubs and Tiles, Fatinoğlu Holding is the first manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs in Turkey.

Curtain Rods Started to be Manufactured in Elazığ. Shower Tubes and Cabins under the Brands Orbit and Magna Started to be Manufactured in Akhisar. Akhisar Glass Production Plant Started to Operate. Achieved to Rank 200 in the ISO Turkey List of Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises in 2015.

Hermetical Water Heaters Started to be Manufactured at the Akhisar Plant. Achieved to Rank 84 in the ISO Turkey List of Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises in 2016. Hot Water Heaters Started to be Manufactured. Combi Boilers Started to be Manufactured at the Production Plant located in Akhisar, Manisa. Sanica England Founded.

Achieved to Rank 485 in the ISO Turkey List of Top 500 Industrial Enterprises in 2017. Achieved to Rank 830 in the Top 1000 Year Export in 2017 listed by the Turkish Exporters Assembly. Pallet Trucks Started to be Manufactured. Italian Trademark Pegasolift Acquired; Pegasolift Stacking Machines Inc. Founded. Sanica Ranked 1 by the Association of Air-Conditioning Industrial Exporters in the Field of Export of Plastic Pipes in 2019.
